Personal Schedules
Each employee has access to their personal schedule in the app, with all their planned work hours, holidays, and leave types that have been planned for them in Theatron.
Employees can also view detailed information about the events they are involved in, including notes, attached documents, and the colleagues they will be working with.
Personal schedules are available in multiple calendar views, allowing each employee to choose the view that works best for them.
Theatre Event Calendar
TheatronGO includes a dedicated theatre calendar that provides a real-time overview of all scheduled activities across the venue. Selecting an event opens additional information, helping teams stay informed and prepared.
For touring organisations, TheatronGO also provides access to tour schedules and touring information alongside venue activities.
Additionally, users can filter the calendar to focus on what matters to them, for example by room or by event type. There are also multiple viewing options, so each user can choose the layout that best suits the way they work.
Production Information
UPCOMING – The Productions section will provide access to more detailed information about the current productions at the theatre. For example: Premiere date, contact information, detailed rehearsal plans and performance schedules. Giving production teams and artistic staff a central source of information throughout the lifecycle of a production.
Push notifications
One of the advantages of using a mobile phone app is that employees can get push notifications that are hard to miss. TheatronGO sends notifications when: events change, work hours are rescheduled and activities are cancelled.
